Director - Physiotherapist/Pilates Instructor

Anna is the Director and Founder of INSPIRE Physiotherapy for Women.  Anna has over 14years experience, and during this time, has completed Postgraduate Certificates in ‘Exercise for Women’ and ‘Continence and Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation’ at the University of Melbourne.  In addition to providing treatment for general musculoskeletal problems, Anna has extensive expertise in the treatment of women during the pregnancy/postnatal period, particularly those experiencing back, pelvic, coccyx, hip and groin pain, Clinical Pilates, and continence & pelvic floor rehabilitation.

Olivia completed her Physiotherapy degree in South Africa in before moving to  Australia in 2002.  Olivia has a passion for Clinical Pilates, general musculo-skeletal problems, pregnancy/postnatal related neck, back, pelvic, coccyx, hip and groin pain, dance injuries, and continence & pelvic floor rehabilitation.

Liz completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2007 and since this time, has developed expertise in the treatment of sports injuries, general musculoskeletal problems, pregnancy/postnatal related pain, continence & pelvic floor problems and osteoporosis and arthritis.  Liz has also recently completed  the Postgraduate Certificate in  ‘Continence and Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation’ at the University of Melbourne.


Donna is a new mum to a beautiful baby girl, and a qualified physiotherapist and exercise physiologist. She possesses many years of experience in the health and fitness industry, through personal training and exercise physiology. Donna has a passion for a holistic, healthy lifestyle and specialises in musculoskeletal conditions. Donna is also a Polestar Pilates instructor here at INSPIRE and, is a member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association.

Anke is a member of the APA and is one of INSPIRES valued Pilates and Physiotherapy practitioners. Anke has a wealth of knowledge, and after recent maternity leave, is eager to get back to being a physiotherapist, assisting, diagnosing and treating the cause of your pain. Anke is a first time mum, understanding the difficulties with co-ordinating motherhood and looking after yourself. She is here to help Wednesday evenings for consultations, and takes Wednesday and Saturday Reformer Pilates classes.

Letetia (Or Teesh!) carries a breadth of physiotherapy knowledge and experience, after completing her Bachelor of Physiotherapy at La Trobe University in 2003. A mother of two beautiful children and currently a senior netball coach for Cora Lynn FNC. Teesh has travelled all over Australia, in both rural and remote locations, practicing musculoskeletal physiotherapy. Teesh is also a member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association.

INSPIRE is excited to have our newest female physiotherapist, Zoe on board! Zoe studied a bachelor of health science with a masters degree in Physiotherapy at La trobe University. She brings a well developed, breadth of knowledge, with a passion for pilates and staying active. She loves motivating women, to achieve a holistic, healthy, pain free approach to life. You will see Zoe in the practice every day except   Thursdays.

Rachel is our newest addition to the INSPIRE Team! Rachel studied a bachelor of Health Sciences with a Masters of Physiotherapy at La Trobe University. Her well developed, and up to date knowledge of physiotherapy practices, proves her to be the ideal therapist for muscular, pre/post natal issues, sporting injuries and 1:1 pilates sessions. Rachel has also completed courses in yoga and pilates, and will be taking Reformer pilates and Stretch Reformer Pilates through out the week. Rachel is also a member of the APA.

Sandra, Beck & Ainslie are our dedicated reception staff, who will kindly greet you upon arrival, and Katie, our Practice manager. These ladies ensure a memorable experience is made when visiting INSPIRE, ensuring your pilates and physiotherapy treatment is co-ordinated with our ever so busy lifestyles as women. Katie, Sandra, Beck and Ainslie are passionate about living a healthy and pain free lifestyle also.
