INSPIRE Matwork Pilates classes are floor-based pilates exercise classes. We also incorporate fitballs, bands and other pilates equipment to further improve your inner body strength at the same time as toning all muscle groups. These classes are ideal for women wanting to improve posture, pelvic floor muscle and deep abdominal muscle tone, and define/tone arms, hips and thighs.
Our classes are limited to 10-12 participants to ensure that you receive the care and attention that you deserve, and enjoy a quality experience. All classes are conducted by physiotherapists with a special interest in women’s health.
