Glow with good health and energy during your pregnancy.  Enjoy the many benefits of INSPIRE Pregnancy Reformer classes:
  • Maintain weight during pregnancy
  • Improve/maintain fitness
  • Increase energy levels and improve sleep
  • Reduce pain and discomfort
  • Improve pelvic floor and abdominal muscle strength
  • Prepare for the demands of labour, birth and motherhood
  • Regain your pre-baby body more quickly

INSPIRE Pregnancy Reformer classes are designed specifically for women during pregnancy.  The first half of the class focuses on low-impact cardio/fitness using fit balls, and the second half of the class utilises reformer machines for the pilates component to strengthen and tone your muscles, with particular focus on the pelvic floor and abdominal muscles.

There is a maximum of 8 women in each class.

As all classes are run by experienced physiotherapists, exercises can be modified to suit your level of fitness and specific needs.  Classes run on a weekly basis except for public holidays and over the Christmas/New Year’s break.

Most Private Health Insurers will cover INSPIRE Pregnancy Reformer Classes under Physiotherapy Extras.  Please contact your Health Fund to check if you are able to claim a rebate (595-Pregnancy reformer).
