INSPIRE Pregnancy Exercise classes are designed specifically for women during pregnancy. The classes consists of a combination of Pilates-informed-exercises, strength and flexibility exercises, and low-impact cardio, designed to strengthen and tone your muscles, with particular focus on the pelvic floor and abdominal muscles.
There is a maximum of 8 women in each class to enhance your experience.
As all classes are run by experienced physiotherapists, exercises can be modified to suit your level of fitness and specific needs. Classes run on a weekly basis except for public holidays and over the Christmas/New Year’s break.
